1. please introduce your site
and yourself?
FORMED IN 2000 MULTI DISCIPLINED DESIGN AGENCY BASED IN
LONDON. THE STUDIO WORK IN ALL FORMS OF GRAPHIC COMMUNICATION.
THEIR FIRST BOOK "NEASDEN CONTROL CENTRE" WAS
PUBLISHED BY DIE GESTALTEN VERLAG 2003.

2. What is the motivation you
make the typefaces’ wood. And, Could you give us
detailed objective of having an 55DSL exhibition inLondon?
"Can't see the wood for the tree's"... Always
trying to mix the materials up.
55DSL contacted us as we have been collaborating on
art / design projects since 2002. We proposed an installation
idea and in collaboration with Wevie Stonder (http://www.weviestonder.com)
we organised a party at their store in Newburgh Street
London at the end of 2003.
3. It seems that you have only two members in your design
group, what is the individual’s task?
One of the reasons for starting the company was so that
we could work for ourselves instead of being told what
to do by the man and in that way we can keep control of
the direction we take on every project or commission.
Therefore the individual task is all of it.

4. Amongst several pieces in found/object,
what is the most remarkable piece?
Pass - it does nt work like that - they are all used in
some way. Sometimes the best are the most humble of objects
- usually discarded as waste.
5. When you precede your work,
how you get the idea and material? How the schema and
processing sequences are decided?
Mostly through luck and a bringing together a combination
of materials that process in the pot. Like soup - cook
it slow and it tastes better.
6. What is the current project
you are working on?
Working on an online shop for Neasden Control Centre selling
original artwork, design work for bands: The Red Light
Sting and Lights, a collaborative group exhibition of
UK Illustrators.
7. Who is your favorite designer?
What is your favorite website?
Don't have a current favorite: Dextro, Schwitters,
Bauhaus, V23, Swifty, Fuse, Non Format, Faile, Futura
2000, Brockmann, Fluxus, Presstube, Ghava...
8. To handle multi-projects from edition, music, business,
web to mould, any problems or insufficient point when
you do your projects?
Yes, make sure the client knows that things tea takes
time to brew proper.
9. It seems you are interested
in both Design and Painting. How about it?
Always done both as trained as an illustrator at college
using alot of mixed media - together with copying the
graphics on a Kellog's box of cornflakes when i was
a kid. The interest does nt stop there either - would
like more time experimenting in print studios, screenprinting,
etching etc.
10. What is your plan for future
and comment?
If plan A fails we ll do Plan B. right now we need
2 positive's - one to cancel out the negative and one
for good luck. Be good.
